Welcome to Bliss Creek Ranch, where we specialize in raising cowhorses with charisma. Located 75 miles east of Seattle, Washington, on the eastern slope of the beautiful Cascade Mountains, Bliss Creek Ranch focuses on reined cowhorses. We are members of AQHA, APHA, NRCHA and NRHA. You are invited to learn about our program, including the quality stallions and prospects available for your consideration. We offer horses for sale by two of our stallions, Peppy Bev, an own son of Peppy San, and Fritz Smoken Chex, a gorgeous triple-bred King Fritz palomino.
Our mission here at Bliss Creek Ranch is to preserve the strength of the legends in the Quarter Horse performance industry. Our program combines some of the best foundation cutting bloodlines with select top reining bloodlines, creating cow horses with charisma. We believe that outstanding minds + athletic bodies = winning moves! Please stay awhile and get to know us...
Greg Anthony
Greg Anthony grew up in Paris, Texas, working alongside his father Neil, Granddaddy Lewis, and Uncle Bobby in their cattle business. Much of the work involved riding their good ranch horses, mostly Quarter Horses. For Greg, horses were a part of everyday life. Care and feeding were learned at an early age, as well as riding skills.
In later years Greg studied physiology, athletics, and philosophy of athleticism. He spent many years as a successful coach. He developed winning strategies, and his performance and endurance programs led him and his teams to state, regional, and national recognition.
Taking these skills and education Greg has come back to riding with great enthusiasm. His competitive nature keeps him on track. With research, continuing education, and advice from some of the cowhorse industry's top hands, Greg is always up for a challenge.

Meg Anthony
Growing up in Tillamook, Oregon, Meg Anthony started riding at age five.
An avid reader, she spent much of her childhood reading and studying about horses. For her seventh birthday she received a subscription to Western Horseman magazine. Her favorite place was the local stable where she helped out, talked to owners, and rode.
After a ten-year career in early childhood education and respite care for children with special needs, she went into a three year apprenticeship with Corliss Branch of Branch’s Quarter Horses in Bothell, Washington. She learned about many aspects of equine care, handling and training. She helped with the breeding program, foaling, and handling of youngsters, stallions and older horses. While there, she enrolled in equine management courses at a local community college, then later completed 4-H Horse Judges school. She also studied human/animal interaction through The Delta Society. She now continues to hone her skills with caring and patience in her breeding program and education of young horses.

Bliss Creek Ranch
Greg and Meg Anthony founded Bliss Creek Ranch in 1999 with the purchase of Skipastar Conclusion, an athletic son of Obvious Conclusion out of a Skipastar daughter. After much research and discussion with reputable breeders, trainers, and judges, they shifted their focus toward performance horses. They found Peppy Bev (Peppy San X Bev Bar by Doc Bar), then scoured the country for some of the best broodmares for him, creating cowhorses with charisma!
Now on their ranch in Cle Elum, Washington, they breed, raise and start athletic, trainable horses with great dispositions, conformation and cow. Their son Cole helps in all aspects of the program.
Look for some Bliss Creek Ranch horses in the show pen this year! Currently “Creeks A Risin” and “BCR Loose Cannon” are in training with Kim Witty for the 2006 NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity.
